Splitly – Privacy Policy

Splitly (“the App”) is developed by Clixasoft. This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short, the App does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts or sign-in. It contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and it does not send any data to our servers or to third parties.

Photos & Videos

• Selecting videos: You choose a video using your device’s built-in system photo picker. The App can only access the video you select. It cannot see the rest of your library.
• Saving clips: The App asks for permission to add items to your photo library. It uses this permission only to save the clips it creates, into an album named “Splitly”.
• Processing: All video processing happens entirely on your device. Your videos are never uploaded anywhere.
• Temporary files: While processing, the App creates temporary files on your device. It deletes them automatically once processing is finished.

Internet Access

The App works fully offline and makes no network requests for its core functionality.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services that collect data.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your Choices

You can change or revoke the App’s photo library permission at any time in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Splitly → Photos
• Android: Settings → Apps → Splitly → Permissions

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

تطبيق Splitly (“التطبيق”) من تطوير شركة Clixasoft. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل التطبيق مع معلوماتك. باختصار: التطبيق لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية عنك، ولا يخزّنها، ولا يشاركها.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على حسابات أو تسجيل دخول، ولا على أي أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبّع، ولا يرسل أي بيانات إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي طرف ثالث.

الصور والفيديوهات

• اختيار الفيديو: تختار الفيديو من خلال أداة اختيار الصور الخاصة بنظام جهازك، ولا يستطيع التطبيق الوصول إلا إلى الفيديو الذي تختاره أنت، ولا يرى بقية مكتبتك.
• حفظ المقاطع: يطلب التطبيق إذن الإضافة إلى مكتبة الصور، ويستخدمه فقط لحفظ المقاطع الناتجة داخل ألبوم باسم “Splitly”.
• المعالجة: تتم معالجة الفيديو بالكامل على جهازك، ولا يُرفع أي فيديو إلى الإنترنت.
• الملفات المؤقتة: ينشئ التطبيق أثناء المعالجة ملفات مؤقتة على جهازك، ويحذفها تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء المعالجة.

الاتصال بالإنترنت

يعمل التطبيق بالكامل دون اتصال بالإنترنت، ولا يرسل أي طلبات عبر الشبكة لأداء وظيفته.

خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

لا يستخدم التطبيق أي خدمات تابعة لأطراف ثالثة تجمع البيانات.

خصوصية الأطفال

لا يجمع التطبيق عن قصد أي معلومات من أي شخص، بمن فيهم الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا.

خياراتك

يمكنك تغيير إذن الوصول إلى مكتبة الصور أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك:

• iOS: الإعدادات ← Splitly ← الصور
• Android: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← Splitly ← الأذونات

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تعديل.
